Social Responsibility

The company endeavors in addition to employing and training it’s own staff to employ local associated trades to decrease the impact of transporting from out of the area. Our thoughts are that local contracts should enhance the local economy.

We also invite work experience from local schools to experience our industry.

Training 

As part of our commitment to deliver a quality service we ensure our employees receive ongoing training in all areas of the business. We ensure they receive adequate training for Health and Safety so they are fully up to date with Health and Safety requirements and regulations. We use external training companies and over time we have established a good working relationship with Chichester and Northbrook College where our staff and apprentices study.
