Major Projects

The company measures major projects with an electrical value from £250.000 to £3m.

Most of our clients prefer the Design and Build approach. Our design teams will work with either client or construction company to establish the correct product and pricing level. On many occasions we are involved at cost plan level to establish budgets to move projects forward.

We work closely with Mechanical partners to offer the combined M&E package.

Our engineering department will work with the client, architects and design teams to complete the project to the expectation at the outset.

Special Projects

Special Projects can be of any size as Major Projects, however we categorise this section namely for Audio Visual (AV).

The client base for this section is entertainment and leisure and consists of museums, visitor centres and theme parks.

The process of developing these projects is the same as major works but with the added up front design development and life cycle costing to establish business plans.
