Planned Preventive Maintenance

Planned preventive maintenance is the most cost effective system, achieved by regular routine maintenance of systems to avoid/minimize breakdown. An element of reactive maintenance may be required with the Planned Preventive System to cover any unforeseen problems.

Lauren Lloyd aim to:

• Maintain an ongoing monitoring system so keeping your system cost effective

• Set up and running of a bespoke PPM/reminder system for your specific premises from our head office

• Ensure that all scheduled checks/tests and repairs  to be carried out as recommended by equipment manufacturer’s details at the convenience of the client whilst ensuring the scheduled dates are not exceeded

• Help you, as the client, compile an equipment inventory. This will include location of equipment, records of repairs / maintenance and the manufacturer’s recommendations

• Carry out Infrared Electrical Inspections, which will identify future potential faults within a system, which can then be repaired. This reduces electrical energy loss and increases energy efficiency

• Provide a fully qualified engineer dedicated to your system

Reactive Maintenance

Reactive maintenance is a system that responds to system/equipment malfunctions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. We undertake to ensure that: 

• All work is carried out to the highest standard 

• We attend quickly due to national coverage 

• We are able to cope with heavy demand, having over 20 available maintenance engineers (electrically qualified to 17^th Edition and fully qualified Fire Alarm/security technicians) 

• Out-of-hours coverage is available (with a direct route of telephone contact to request an emergency site visit) 

• Clients are kept informed at all times 

Minor Works 

Minor Works assists Special Projects and Major Works whilst continuing with local, lower budget contracts. All maintenance contracts within the company are undertaken by the Minor Works department.

The company measures minor projects with an electrical value of up to £250.000.
